A large chip above the proper right eye, some other surface chips and chipped above the proper left eye. Some other surface chips and holes. The neck and back with many woodworm holes. Hollowed out at the back. Traces of white gesso remaining. The grains of the wood are clearly visible. With wear, marks, knocks and scratches as per age, handling, use, and cleaning.
