Bodhisattva Amoghapasa standing in the center of a three-banded mandorla, the first band containing ornamental sprays, the middle one various flowers and the outside one with flames. His name means "unfailing lasso" because his noose or pasa never fails to bind and secure devotees. The bodhisattva is standing in slight tribhanga pose and has eight arms fanning out to the side holding attributes or showing mudras. He is usually depicted with four faces. His body is adorned in jewellery, large ear pendants hang down onto his shoulders and a winged tiara encloses his high chignon. He is smiling benevolently.
