JACOBITE INTEREST: A FRAMED ARRANGEMENT OF RELICS Comprising a rare admission ticket in the form of an engraved Jacobite rose, in blue, by Sir Robert Strange (1721-1792), detailing the names of the thirty-five Jacobite martyrs; a fragmentary family tree, ink on paper, relating to Charles Edward Stuart; as well as a section of blue silk sash and a fragment of Charles Edward Stuart's plaid, which was cut into pieces when he fled Scotland after the battle of Culloden; with written explanatory notes in the margins by Richard Almack, the frame 33cm high, 28cm wide .
