A copper alloy figure of Bhudevi. Southern India. Probably 18th century
Standing in tribhanga pose on a high lotus pedestal above a rectangular base with two rings to opposing sides, in her right hand Bhudevi holds the stem of a lotus bud, the large earing set with a ruby-red glass stone.

In tribhanga auf einem Lotossockel über einer rechteckigen Plinthe mit jeweils zwei Ösen an jeder Seite stehend. In der rechten hält Bhudevi den Stil einer Lotosblüte, das Ohrgehänge mit roten Farbsteinen eingelegt.
