BEATLES THE: A superb vintage small 4to printed edition of The Beatles magazine, published by Pyx Productions Ltd., London, (1963), featuring Life with The Beatles by Patrick Maugham and numerous images by the photographer Dezo Hoffmann, individually signed twice by all four members of The Beatles, comprising John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. The first set of signatures appear in blue inks to the colour front cover featuring an image of the Fab Four standing together in full length poses. All have added three xxx's beneath their signatures and Starr has also added the band name ('Beatles'; a small, light stain affecting a few letters) in his hand above his signature. All of the signatures are in clear areas, with just Harrison's very slightly affected by weaker contrast. The second set of signatures appear to the inside centre colour image of the band (9.5 x 14.5 when opened) in a group pose. Signed by each in blue inks to clear areas with Lennon, Harrison and Starr also adding three xxx's beneath their signatures.
